Produced in the Niu Lan Keng area, situated in a narrow, mist-shrouded vertical valley, flanked by towering stone cliffs. The tea trees here are protected from intense sunlight (only 3-4 hours a day), nourished by mineral-rich rock soil and mountain streams throughout the year.
Xiao Niu Rou is affectionately referred to by connoisseurs as "beef" due to its robust and unyielding nature.
Aroma: This high-quality oolong tea is hand-picked in spring and roasted using traditional charcoal baking techniques, resulting in a warm and spicy cinnamon aroma. The sharp cinnamon aroma is accompanied by a subtle floral fragrance.
Tasting Notes: Its distinctive cinnamon spice is sharp and delicate, eventually revealing a layer of mature peaches, sweet osmanthus flowers, and a mineral scent reminiscent of forest stones. It perfectly balances strength and smoothness: the spicy cinnamon gives way to a lasting sweet aftertaste and a refreshing throat sensation. The rock rhythm is strong yet delicate.
