Shipment origin
All orders are shipped directly from Wuyishan, China.
We use either air freight or sea freight, depending on the size of your order.
Please note that orders shipped by sea include customs clearance and door-to-door delivery. Orders sent via air freight do not include customs clearance. Additional tariffs may be required.
Order Guarantee
Your order is considered fully delivered only after you have personally received the package.
We provide full compensation if your package is detained by customs or lost in transit.
Please make sure to contact us immediately if this happens.
Order Processing Time
Orders require 1 to 3 working days for processing prior to shipment.
Shipping Rates
Orders over $150: Free worldwide shipping with door-to-door delivery.
Orders under $150: A flat shipping fee of $15 applies.
Wholesale orders: Discounted wholesale pricing does not include shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated based on order quantity and parcel weight. Please contact us to discuss the details.
