Tasting Notes: A rare, elegant Yancha with a distinctive character. The dry leaves are pale green with a subtle reddish edge, resembling the crest of a white rooster. The liquor is bright apricot-yellow, offering a delicate aroma of orchids and roasted nuts, with a smooth, mellow body and a lingering sweet finish. Its gentle, herbaceous undertones and mineral "Yan Yun" (rock rhyme) make it a refined choice for connoisseurs.
Brewing Suggestion: Use 6–8.3g in a 110ml gaiwan. Water at 95–100°C. Short infusions, increasing gradually. Good for 12+ steeps.
