Origin: Zhengyan Tea Garden Area, Wuyi Mountains

About This Tea: Grown in the Zhengyan core production area of the Wuyi Mountains, where mineral-rich soils and unique microclimates produce teas of exceptional depth and complexity. This tea won First Prize at the 2026 tea competition, recognizing its outstanding quality, traditional craftsmanship, and authentic terroir expression.

Tasting Notes: A distinguished Wuyi rock tea with a deep, robust character. The liquor opens with pronounced orchid-like floral aromatics layered over ripe stone fruit and warm roasted grain. On the palate, it delivers a rich, full-bodied texture with notes of dark caramel, toasted nuts, and a hint of minerality — the signature "rock rhyme" (yanyun) that defines true Zhengyan tea. The finish is long, smooth, and lingeringly sweet, with a gentle charcoal-roast warmth that unfolds gradually across multiple infusions.

Brewing Suggestions:

Water temperature: 95–100°C

Vessel: Yixing clay or porcelain gaiwan

Leaf-to-water ratio: 8.3g per 120ml

Infusions: 8-12+ steeps, increasing steeping time gradually
